3. Demo Submission Policy & Warranties
When you submit a demo (via link, contact form, or direct contact) to Thunder Jam Records:
- ⚡You warrant that you are the sole creator, owner, and rights-holder of the submitted work (including master and composition copyrights).
- ⚡You warrant that the music contains no unauthorized samples or third-party copyright infringements. Sample clearance is entirely your responsibility.
- ⚡Submission does NOT guarantee a release, response, or contract. We hold absolute discretion on whether to sign or reject submissions.
- ⚡No partnership, employment, or management relation is formed between you and the label solely by submitting your demo.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to disrupt or abuse the website or its infrastructure. Prohibited activities include spamming forms, deploying spiders/crawlers to parse emails, distributing malware, or attempting unauthorized access to label servers.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website and all content, materials, and players are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Thunder Jam Records is not liable for server downtime, data losses, or damages resulting from external web links.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international copyright treaties and commercial laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
